Product And Environmental Compliance Information

Health, Safety, Environment, Product Stewardship and Sustainability (HSEPS) Management System

Our Health, Safety, Environmental, Product Stewardship and Sustainability (HSEPS) Management System is defined in 18 standards which are based on third-party-certified standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and on industry best practices. We also utilize a New Product Introduction (NPI) process to incorporate product lifecycle considerations into the design phase.

Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals

We are committed to ensuring all Honeywell products manufactured in or imported into the European Union comply with REACH requirements. We have processes in place to identify products containing substances of very high concern (SVHCs) above 0.1% by weight. REACH-related information on specific Honeywell Aerospace part numbers can be requested.

Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment

Though products included as part of or in support of aircraft equipment fall under the EU RoHS Article 2(4)(f) means of transport exclusion, Honeywell Aerospace has adopted a Lead-Free Control Plan in accordance with the Government Electronics & Information Technology Association (GEIA) standards to manage the transition to lead-free materials used in our electronic assemblies. We also actively participate on industry committees chartered to govern the introduction of lead-free materials into the aerospace market.

Conflict Minerals

Honeywell is committed to the responsible sourcing of tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold throughout our supply chain. Our annual conflict minerals report details the elements of our compliance program and is available on our SEC filings page.
